Based in Gulfport, Mississippi, Dorothy is founder of FaithInspiration Network, a successful serialpreneur, award-winning publisher and editor with 30-plus years of experience and an international speaker and podcast host.

She creates platforms to help amplify messages and elevate brands through publishing books and magazines, producing podcasts, hosting international conferences and developing creative marketing strategies.

She is publisher and editor of Gulf Coast Woman magazine. She is recognized as a Top 10 Woman Business Owner by NAWBO, SBA Women in Business Champion, one of the Top Most Influential African-Americans in the State of Mississippi, Humanitarian of the Year, and Magazine Publisher of the Year - Mississippi.

She is a past president of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce; founder and host of FaithInspiration Network, which includes a podcast listened to and viewed in 31 countries, and Live Your Faith Out Loud Conference; co-founder of Success Women’s Conference, a Top 5 for women in the U.S. Her newspaper’s team was recognized with a Pulitzer Prize for Hurricane Katrina coverage and she led the team that produced New York Times bestseller “Katrina: 30 Hours That Changed the Mississippi Gulf Coast Forever”.
